Behavioral Health Advisory Committee Recap 6.16.25


The Behavioral Health Advisory Committee (BHAC) advises the Health and Human Services Commission on behavioral health services, policy, and funding across the continuum of care. The June meeting covered a wide array of topics, including implementation updates on newly enacted legislation and new and updated behavioral health services reports. Presentations noted the need to plan for the Annual Subcommittee Review, update the Children’s Behavioral Health Strategic Plan, and reimagine the Behavioral Health Strategic Plan, which will expire next year.
