Founder and CEO, IV Ensure
Mitchell Berenson is the CEO and founder of IV Ensure. He also serves as Board Chair of the National Rural Oncology Collaborative and is actively involved in community-led health and servant-based mission organizations. Mitchell received his BS in Marketing from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Public Health with an emphasis in Health Policy and Epidemiology from the University of Oklahoma, Hudson School of Public Health. He completed administrative residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD. In 2008, Mitchell founded Community Infusion Solutions to improve patient outcomes through IV therapy program development and medication adherence. Programming has served more than 420K patient visits and generates $50 million annually for rural community hospitals across 22 states. Building on this success, he founded IV Ensure in 2019 to scale these outcomes globally. IV Ensure’s IoT biotech device and care platform significantly reduces lower limb amputation rates, deaths due to chronic infections, and hospital readmissions, with clinical trial noting an 68% reduction in readmission rates for patients with chronic infections such as sepsis, urinary tract infections, and bone infections. Mitchell is a national presenter on value based care (VBC) and rural health topics, including expanding access to comprehensive cancer care and building scalable health service lines. He also speaks on the clinical impact of remote patient monitoring and how high patient medication adherence leads to reduced poverty.

With over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Tim is known for a deep understanding of healthcare technology solutions and the ever-evolving needs of healthcare payers and providers. Tim leads business development efforts for Agadia’s prior authorization medical benefit management solution PAHub. Throughout his career, Tim has worked with a wide array of healthcare organizations, from health plan insurers and pharmacy benefit managers to health systems and consultants, helping them navigate complex technology landscapes to adopt the most effective solutions. Prior to joining Agadia, he was the Regional Vice President of Business Development at Surescripts. In this role, Tim collaborated with health plan payers, providers and technology companies to deliver prior authorization and interoperability solutions. His expertise spans prior authorization technology and systems, FHIR/HL7 interoperability, electronic health records (EHR), and AI-driven health tech, with a strong emphasis on sales strategies that align with the unique challenges of the healthcare industry.

Tom Ramovs

Tom is a pharmacist with over 25 years of experience in the pharmacy and PBM industries. Throughout much of his career, Tom spent time in leadership roles focused on prior authorization operations, PA platform/ePA development, implementations, as well as formulary and MTM program management. Prior to joining Agadia, Tom most recently served as Senior Director of Prior Authorization Programs at a major ePrescribing vendor where his prior authorization expertise helped significantly grow their ePA adoption and EHR-based ePA presence.
Tom received his pharmacy degree from Ohio State University.
